repeat billing - Adding payments

hi,

We have a Kashflow account for a charity and one of the problems we have is that we have over 100 donations a month and they come in by standing order. Its quite a laborious task entering the payments for these every month. My question is ''Is it possible to have a tab that says 'include a payment with this repeat bill' in the repeat billing page ?''

As the customers not only donate but also have costs we have created 2 'customer accounts' for each customer and have set up repeat billing for each of them. So John Doe for example has a customer account called John Doe Donations and John Doe Expenses. This helps us separate what is a donation (therefore we can claim gift aid on these) and what is an expense for example when they attend a dinner and need an invoice for it.

The problem is Kashflow is not geared for charities but we so like Kashflow that we are trying to work around it.

I am interested to know of the experiences of anyone who uses Kashflow for charities
