KashFlow does allow your accountant/bookkeeper to access your accounts too. This way your bookkeeper can help you get your data entry right as you go along, by providing bookkeeping advice, e.g. VAT on receipts. We're a bookkeeping company that offer our BramleyOnline service, using KashFlow. We provide our customers with access to the software, and bookkeeping support throughout the year. It is then up to the cusotmer how much we do. Some could want us to do all their data entry, and leave them to access KashFlow to simply run reports and keep an eye on how their business is doing. Others enter their invoices and let us do the remainder (expenses, bank reconciliation etc). Whilst others could just get us to prepare and check the data for the VAT return. Its a great way of working together to get you books straight ready for year end. Regards, Liz
koorb, currently, there is only one account/pw, so you would give that. Individual accounts and user auditing is something that should be added asap, IMO!
MultiUser access with various access levels is much needed. Kashfow has thought of everything else except this.
